PHUKET: The national centre for the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) has confirmed that of the two tsunami warning buoys in the waters west of Phuket, one was missing and has now been recovered and the other is still in its proper location and transmitting data, but that data is not being relayed to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
