All clubs and bars on Phuket Island open after official by thai law closing time are open with permission of RTP.
No RTP law enforcement, bought off with bribes. As simple is that.
Governor should make privately a bar island tour at night after official closing time.
Time to answer the year in, year out ignored complains of citizens who live around, and can not sleep properly at night.

They are going to investigate why the club was open so late, good luck with that! Also look at Laguna in Rawai, all the bars in Chalong etc brown envelopes! Lip service BS.
