PHUKET: Phuket Provincial Administrative Organisation (PPAO) President Rewat Areerob has confirmed that the new public park at the site of the old Phuket Provincial Prison in Phuket Town is now more than 80% complete and is expected to open by the end of August, later than originally scheduled.
