PHUKET: The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) is preparing its case to file a slew charges against the Krabi Oil-Palm Cooperative for fraud and corruption, including obtaining illegal rights to land, manipulation of prices and entering contracts providing exclusive rights to providers for personal gain through unfair market practices.
