PHUKET: Police have confirmed that no charges have been brought against a man and his female partner for physical assault amid a row over a bar bill in Rawai. During the incident, the man had grabbed a female bar staffer and struck her on the back of her neck with a vodka bottle. He then placed his hands around the staffer’s throat and started choking her before he was pulled away.
