PHUKET: Udomphon Kan, Director of the Phuket Provincial office of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM-Phuket), has urged Phuket residents to conserve water use as a measure to help avoid any water shortages as the ‘dry season’ continues.
