Customer Relationship Manager
- Build relationship with Cruise Lines visiting Phuket.
- Coordinate with local team to improve service and communication
- Understanding customer needs
- Responding to complaints
- Handling operational details
- Explaining policies and procedures
- Resolving conflicts
- Time management
Qualifications:
- Female, Native English speaker only
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience in Cruise or tour industry a plus.
- Contract Sept 14 to Mar 15 only, with potential FT
Operations Assistant – Cruises
- Check incoming documents/ e-mail messages & update filing system to ensure a complete accurate & easily accessible documentation system to trace records.
- Assist Operations team relating to their work operations, e.g., typing correspondence, generating reports, contacting internal/external parties on specific matters, etc.,
- Prepare daily & monthly ship position describing the arrival/ departure date of the vessels.
- Contact clients & provide services as agent for the assigned cruises vessels, prepare necessary documents, coordinate with concerning parties, etc.
- Contact & coordinate with government agencies in order to provide government formality services to clients e.g. ,immigration, etc.
- Other duties assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
- Female, age not over 30 years
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-5 years of experience in related field will be an advantage.
- A good command of English is required.
Boarding Officer
- To submit relevant applications to the following i.e. concerned authorities, terminal operators, port authorities, etc.
- To report relevant Operations Manager for any update of berth availability and readiness of formalities concerning cargo operations.
- Co-ordinate with authorities for smooth inward and outward clearance of vessel.
- Co-ordinate with vessel for smooth cargo operations to avoid any delay.
- Co-ordinate with Master for any services that may require during port stay.
- Co-ordinate with designated vendors concerning ship’s supply.
- Fully support all ship and/principle requirement.
- Other duties assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
- Male, age not over 35 years
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field will be an advantage.
- A good command of English is required.
