Starting salary between 35,000 and 41,000 baht per month plus service charge. Must have strong experience in Western foods in a 4* or higher hotel or well-regarded restaurant and speak English. Must have experience in managing food costs and using Point of Sales systems. Thai nationals only. minimum 2 years Culinary degree, experience in managing a staff of 6 cooks. Skills in baking, teaching cooking classes, vegan foods, breakfast buffets and overseeing staff meals are also desirable. Hands-on candidates preferred.
