PHUKET: Artur Kostenko, a Ukrainian national critically injured in a Phuket accident, has been transported to Vejthani Hospital in Bangkok for medical assistance. The man was struck by a red-light-running Phuket taxi on Tuesday (Dec 19) and initially taken to Vachira Phuket Hospital.
