*Customer Relations Manager - 5 years hotel experience

Requires German + English fluency written/spoken. Responsible for Guest Relation activities including returning guests club and complaints.

*Assistant Front Office Manager - 3 years hotel experience

Responsible for support of FO & CR department, especially communication with German guests. Fluent English needed.
