“We are so excited to see this project come together. The brand has gathered so much trust in the market and has become very well respected among investors and consumers,” said Anthony McDonald, CEO and founder of the CrossTo brand.

The eight-story property will feature 84 freehold condominiums, artfully arranged studies to spacious one- and two-bedroom units in 11 styles, each fully furnished with custom-made furniture, high ceilings, and spacious private balconies.

Among the facilities will be a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck, a second swimming pool located amid gardens, a fitness centre, and the signature 4K restaurant, to offer Thai fusion and Western dishes in upscale ambience.

Residences are selling from B2.77 million, including a full, modern furniture package and a guaranteed 7% rental yield for three years. With management by the X2 Residences Group, the luxury design condominiums of the X2 Vibe Phuket Bangtao qualify for the X2 Ownership and Rental Program.
