Officers led by Pol Lt Col Phichit Thongto, Chief of the Crime Suppression Division at Phuket Provincial Police, arrested Phanpassa ‘Im’ Nittayabhai, 28, at her house in Moo 2, Rawai, yesterday (July 1), police confirmed in a report.
At the house offices seized 329 ya bah pills and 7.55g of ya ice, the report noted.
Also seized were 20 resealable clear plastic bags, drug-taking paraphernalia and an Oppo mobile phone.
Phanpassa was taken to Chalong Police Station where she was charged with "distributing a Category 1 narcotic by having them for distribution without permission as an act of trade" and "using a Category 1 narcotic illegally”, the report concluded.
