Before joining The Westin in Phuket, Ms Sanjana held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Krabi Resort & Spa. She began her hotel career in Nepal, then gradually moved up to key positions in sales and marketing in the Asia-Pacific region. Ms Sanjana, who has previously worked for Marriott & Hyatt hotels, will oversee Sales, Events & Catering, and Marketing & Communications divisions at The Westin.
Meanwhile, Executive Chef Ranaudo brings more than 28 years of experience to the resort where he is responsible for the entire food operation.
Born and raised in Canada, Chef Ranaudo developed his passion in the food industry through exploring his his Italian roots. He began his career at independent hotels and progressed to reputable properties in Italy and Asia, including the Waldorf Astoria, Centara, Amari and Cape & Kantary hotels.
