In the first arrest, reported Friday (May 4), officers placed under arrest a 17-year-old male. As the suspect is a minor, officers identified him only as “Oak” and did not report the time and place of his arrest, other than Moo 1, Sakoo.

However, police did report that Oak was found in possession of the basic ingredients for the illegal concoction “4x100”.

Specifically, at the residence where Oak was arrested, officers found 80ml of kratom liquid in a cooking pot, a bottle of cough syrup, a bottle of Pepsi, 50 grams of kratom leaves and 400ml of kratom liquid in the fridge.

Oak was charged with possession of a Category 5 drug.

In the second case, also reported last Friday, officers placed 18-year-old Permsak Somsak under arrest at a residence in Moo 2, Sakoo.

Trial, conviction, prison time, but in day time working in housing/shops construction sites, learn a skill. At night locked up.
Let them work for food, matrass, ( matrasses are coming!) and showers in prison.
