PHUKET: With Russian woman Yana Strizheus under close guard and telling investigators all she knows, police have issued arrest warrants for two men believed to have been involved in kidnapping her and her boyfriend Alexei Slabinskiy from their home in Kamala.

The warrants charge Ukrainian Oleksandr Boychuk, also known as Andrei, with detaining a person or persons against their will, and with extortion; and Russian national Aleksandr Novichkov with illegal detention and attempted rape.
