A celebration of everything burger, Last year's inaugural winner, XANA Beach Club with Attica, is back to defend their tile against such gourmet leaders as JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, Kata Rocks, Two Chefs, Bollywood Phuket Restaurant & Bar, Novotel Phuket Karon Beach Resort and Spa, Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, The Village Coconut Island, and many more.
Challenging the island's best to show their gourmet skills, the competition is open to restaurants, hotels and resorts on Phuket, and burgers must be made and cooked live onsite. A team of experts will blind judge all entries and a public vote will contribute to the scores. The winner will be crowned on the night and take away the coveted “Phuket's Best Burger” 2016 trophy and an all-bells-and-whistles BBQ from BBQ Shop.
Taster burgers from all contestants will be on sale so the public can enjoy the gourmet burgers and a live band, family entertainment and extended opening hours of Kids Mania at RPM makes for a fun evening. Open 16:00 – 22:00, entry to the public is free.

PHUKET: Phuket's best-of-the-best restaurateurs and chefs are set to battle it out on Saturday, March 19 at Royal Phuket Marina (RPM), to determine whose burger reigns supreme. The annual Burgerfest is hosted by Royal Phuket Marina and includes the island's premier gourmet food competition, “Phuket's Best Burger”.
