•Wesley in Kathu asks: Who can I notify if I heard a sound of short circuit on the electric lines?
Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority Office (PPEA) answered:
Thank you for asking. If you hear a sound like that or see the electric lines are fallen, you should call 076-210379, the operation division of PPEA.
The answering officer will ask for your name, contact number and the location before they inspect the scene. And you should wait for our officer in order to point out the electric line and then we will be able fix it.
