The power outage, from 9am to 1pm, is to allow workers to safely carry out improvements to the power distribution net and to install a ‘Load Break Switch SF6’, PEA Thalang announced.

The PEA urged residents and businesses in these regions to make necessary arrangements to minimise any inconvenience during the specified outage period. People are advised to unplug sensitive electronic equipment and take precautions to safeguard appliances.
The PEA Thalang branch apologised for inconvenience caused by the power outage.
