Firefighters from Cherrng Talay Tambon Administrative Organisation (OrBorTor) were called to the scene, in front of the Bizarre Bazaar Italian Kitchen & Grill, at 9am.
The power cables and a Honda Zoomer motorbike were ablaze, billowing black smoke into the air.
Firefighters took 15 minutes to prevent the fire from spreading and douse the blaze.
Power cables were strewn across the road when police and firefighters arrived.
Cherng Talay Police have yet to conclude their investigation into the fire.
