According to a report by police, the shop, on Anuphas Phuket Karn Rd, was carried out at 12:26pm yesterday (July 31).
Only one suspect, Nanthawut Tamanram, was named as arrested for violation of the Excise Act.
In total officers seized 2,018 packs of cigarettes of more than 50 different brands, including Marlboro, Krongthip and John Black.
Officers also seized B2,500 cash along with two black bags and a calculator.
The report did not confirm the seizure of any account books detailing the volume of illegal cigarette sales conducted by the shop.
A raid on a small shop in Soi Pha-niang, Ratsada, reported on Monday (July 29) confirmed the two women arrested sold more than B500,000 of the illegal contraband in just three months.
In that raid officers seized only 487 packs of untaxed cigarettes and 64 packs of vaping liquids.
