Phuket FC scored most of their goals in the first half and notched another in the waning moments of the match, the team’s second in this pre-season period.
Several players made their debut with the team in the match, including defender Sanya Pungjan, who played under current Phuket FC head coach Alessandro Stefano ‘Teco’ Cugurra Rodrigues when he was at Chiang Rai United.
Ney Fabiano, who was introduced this week as the team’s latest Brazilian signing, was also in uniform. Fabiano spent last season with Thai Premier League side Suphanburi as well as Chonburi the year before.
The team announced their final pre-season schedule with one fixture set to be played at British International School Phuket to coincide with tryouts for the new football academy at the school.
