The Phuket News were told that Prachuap FC were unable to make the journey to Phuket tonight (March 4), just three days after the Killer Bees' clashed with Trat FC last Sunday (March 1) in a match that ended in a 0-0 draw.

Prachuap and Phuket FC were schedule to play under the lights of Surakul Stadium in Phuket Town tonight (March 4) in a qualifying match to enter the annual tournament.

As a result, Phuket FC have been given a bye to move on to the first round of the competition, scheduled to take place on June 4. Opponents for that match-up will be announced in the coming weeks.

In addition, Phuket FC have also tweaked their schedule and will now play a home match on March 11 against Thai Honda. The March 11 match was originally set to take place at Thai Honda's home pitch, 72nd Anniversary Stadium, in Bangkok.

The change also affects the return match on August 15 as Phuket FC will now play away at Thai Honda, which was originally scheduled to take place in Phuket.
