Moise formerly played for Thai Port FC, where he scored the winning penalty that secured the team’s championship title in the Thai Com FA Cup in 2009. He also took part in the team victories in the Toyota League Cup 2010, helping land Thai Port FC a spot in Toyota Premier Cup 2011 against Japan's Shonan Belmare FC.

In 2011 Moise signed a contract with Suphanburi FC, and then was on loan to Chainat FC where he helped that team advance to the Thai Premier League.

Moise, who is 27 years old, says he wants to help Phuket FC reach their Thai Premier League dream.

Phuket FC manager Jakkapob Soo-ngan said Moise's experiences would be invaluable to the team, and he promised that more big names would be joining Phuket FC in January.
