Bodybuilders from Phuket won two of the 11 categories in the B300,000 competition, organised for the second time by the Phuket Bodybuilding Club (PBC) – the first time was in November last year.
The athletic physique prize for men over 170 cm tall went to the PBC’s Pongphat Akkharadetthananan, while Asham Akahiansabi, who trains at the Naiharn Gym won the best foreign man category.
Other winners were: men’s open junior bodybuilding, Suwicha Chansongklam; men’s bodybuilding up to 65 kgs, Wichieng Jamjarat; up to 70 kg, Jula Thong-remp; up to 80 kg, Khuntan Puangpeng; and over 80 kg, Surachai Peang-aim; men’s athletic physique not over 170 cm, Jirawat Thakulma; over 170 cm, Pornpaisan Reusangpen; men’s athletic physique not over 170 cm, Worapon Tontimanakit; and women’s athletic physique, Nonnathadsada Ammat.
