FazWaz.com aims to enable buyers to make smart and educated decisions.

FazWaz.com aims to enable buyers to make smart and educated decisions.

Initially the beta-version website will cover only Phuket, but other markets will be added soon, say its developers.

FazWaz.com, they say, “provides instant and easy access to the largest selection of new-build condominium homes, brought together on an easy-to-use platform that aims to simplify the process of researching and identifying a property to buy”.

They explained that the rationale behind starting the site was that it was hard for buyers to figure out whether the property they are considering buying is good value.

“Searching through hundreds of agency websites and driving around viewing properties for months on end is a lengthy and difficult task, and you are still pretty unlikely to find the real answers.

“That is until now...whether you are buying, selling or just curious, FazWaz.com satisfies the questions in all of us by providing a free platform to search thousands of homes … also giving access to data on recently sold properties and much more, all in one place.

“No other website in Phuket has more than 1,000 accurate listing. This site will have over 7,000 listings, all searchable, within four weeks.”

The FazWaz team are also working on what they describe as “the most accurate online valuation system available in Thailand” using a “secret algorithm” developed by a team of data and IT experts. The algorithm analyses millions of data points relating to a large selection of property characteristics and features.

Stressing that the website is independent, the FazWaz.com team say they ensure all information put into the system is accurate and that data and quotations provided by the site are “more accurate than any human will ever be”.

Michael Kenner, CEO of FazWaz, explained: “FazWaz has been created to transform the way users find, research and buy properties in Thailand by providing tools, statistics and free information to empower them.

“Our team of experts have designed our services with the aim of creating a transparent and free marketplace, and believe that information should be easily accessible to everyone.

“FazWaz is Thailands’ first property site to display every new condo project, including all their available units side by side. Whether you are a buyer, property developer or seller you can now make like-for-like comparisons. FazWaz is set to become Thailands leading property website for new-build condominiums.

“Finally the consumer can make smart and educated buyer decisions.”

FazWaz allows developers to list properties and will soon allow them to edit information, add new properties, update on construction progress, post special offers or promotions and other relevant information about their developments.
