Mr Montawee, the youngest son of Montri Hongyok, was elected chairman of FTI Phuket at the association branch’s 2024 Annual General Meeting at the Pearl Hotel in Phuket Town on Thursday (Feb 8).
Welcomed to his new role by outgoing president Charin Thamrongkiattikul, Mr Montawee will serve a two-year term as chairman, from 2024-2026.
Anuphas Vividhkarn Co Ltd is best known as the former Honda car dealer for Phuket and Phang Nga. The company ceased its role as a Honda dealer and closed its four Honda branches in 2018.
At the AGM on Thursday FTI Phuket members also elected the Executive Committee, comprising 21 persons, who will also serve the same two-year term.
