Krabi Provincial Police said the operation began with the arrest of a key distributor believed to be supplying drugs within the network. Officers seized 80,000 ya bah pills during the initial raid.

Further investigation revealed the network had been using parcel delivery companies to smuggle drugs to recipients in Phuket and Phang Nga, prompting police to coordinate with anti-narcotics units to monitor suspected shipments.

Authorities later intercepted an additional 120,000 methamphetamine pills bound for Phang Nga and another 80,000 pills destined for Phuket.

Police said the couriers assigned to collect the parcels failed to appear, and all of the seized drugs were confiscated as evidence for legal proceedings.

In total, more than 280,000 methamphetamine pills were seized during the operation.

Investigators are continuing efforts to track down and arrest other members of the network.
