Chalong Police were informed of the incident via the 191 hotline at 10:09pm.
Pol Lt Col Somkiat Sarasit, head of Investigation at Chalong Police, received the report. He in turn informed Chalong Police Chief Pol ColEkkarat Plaiduang.
Officers arrived at the scene to find that rescue workers had already rushed the man to Chalong Hospital.
Police have yet to confirm the identity of the man or confirm his medical condition.
Police are continuing their investigation.
