Quick witted, humorous and very interesting, Greg Hall is a born story-teller. His stories about riding for the world’s biggest racing owners including Kerry Packer, Lloyd Williams and the world-famous Godolphin stables are priceless. He wasn’t nicknamed the ‘Big Occasion’ jockey for nothing! His successes in the 1992 Melbourne Cup, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane Cups, as well as the Cox Plate, Blue Diamond, Golden Slipper and both Victorian and Sydney Derbies provide the basis for some unforgettable tales! With 49 group one successes in a total of over 2000 wins, during a career that spanned over 25 years, Greg boasts one of best records in racing. A true Aussie champion, Greg Hall.
