Located at Mai Khao Beach, the resort is situated at the northwest coast of Phuket. It is part of the Sirinart National Park where no motorised water sports are allowed.

The property has 615 rooms, suites, penthouses and villas to suit any holiday accommodation preference. The resort offers practical, functional and comfortable lodging to young, fun-loving families.

Phuket’s only integrated resort on Mai Khao Beach, a modern fun waterpark complex, Splash Jungle Waterpark, is set within the resort. Guests can enjoy thrilling rides such as Boomerango, a reverse free fall off a vertical wall; a six level wave pool, and an aqua play pool for younger children. Those who prefer less of an adrenaline rush can opt to relax and float through the 335-metre lazy river. The resort also has a sandy pool with direct access to the beach.

“We are excited to add the fun and exciting Splash Beach Resort, Mai Khao Phuket to our portfolio of hotels and resorts. Delivering upbeat, friendly and ‘can-do’ service, every guest will leave the resort with a holiday filled with unforgettable, happy memories,” says Simon Manning, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Langham Hospitality Group.

By the end of 2018, the resort will have a Kids Zone. The three storey interactive playground will include a movie theatre, giant slides, tree and rock climbing activities where toddlers, young children and teenagers can have fun without getting wet. To add to the fun, there will be a themed train buggy to take the little VIPs around the resort.

Not only just entertaining the children, educating them is also a focus at Splash Beach Resort. In support of the gibbon rehabilitation project in Phuket, Splash Beach Resort is proud to introduce Gibby the gibbon, the resort’s friendly and lovable mascot who will be on site to entertain and create awareness of this endangered primate species and emphasize the importance to rehabilitate them so they will not become extinct.

Another key feature of the resort is the 1,000 square metre pillar-less convention centre, the largest single-structure conference facility on Phuket. The convention centre can flexibly cater to all types of events, weddings and meetings. The facility can seat 1,000 guests theatre style and cater up to 1,300 guests for a standing cocktail reception.

“As Phuket’s only integrated resort on Mai Khao Beach that has a water theme park and an upcoming kids club, we also have the largest conference centre with the widest range of accommodation options. Splash Beach Resort, Mai Khao Phuket really is for everyone – from young families, couples seeking a destination wedding to a great incentive and meetings venue,” says John O’Shea, Managing Director, Splash Beach Resort, Mai Khao Phuket.

There is also a spa in the resort with pampering options for guests looking to relax and rejuvenate.

Catering to the discerning palates of today’s travelers, the resort will have three dining options to choose from, including Thai (Baan Thai), The Splash Kitchen, an interactive all-day dining restaurant and a destination bar on site for casual drinks and nibbles.

There is also a Thai cooking school where guests can learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine at the resort.
