Police were called to the scene, at Na Muang Intersection in Moo 8 Thepkrasattri, at about about 5:30am.
At the scene, officers found Waranya Khuatthong on the road beside her white-black Honda motorbike, registered in Surat Thani.
Ms Waranya was driving from Muk Dok Khao to the airport when she collided with Chinese national Yang Guang, police said.
Mr Yang sustained a head injury in the accident, police confirmed.
Ms Waranya suffered injuries to her arm and face,
Both received first aid at the scene. The extent of Mr Yang’s injury was not reported.
Police said they were continuing their investigation.
