Instarun 2014 is organized by a group of three hotels in Phuket, led by Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort with The Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa Phuket and The Naka Island. This charity run is held to Support Baan Bang Thong School and Life Home Project Foundation. The event will take place on Sunday 12 October 2014, at 6:00 am at Bang Wad Dam, Kathu District.
The race is divided into 10 categories namely the Open category, followed by 25-29 years, 30 - 34 years, 40-44 years, 45-49 years, 50-54 years, 55 - 59 years, 60 - 64 years and over 65 years for both male and female participants. THB250 for 10.5 km. and THB200 for 3.5 km. fun run. Free running T-shirt, bib and bottled water.
