I saw the news this week that officials will review the maximum fares that taxis and tuk-tuks can charge across Phuket after the Facebook video posted by Jack Brown, which I think everyone saw. (See story here.)
I think it's great that the government is willing to respond so quickly to this, but as Jack Brown pointed out - he had no idea what the government-set fares are. (See story here.) The Phuket Governor (Chamroen Tipayapongtada) held up what he said were the stndard fares set in 2013, but where can I see these set fares? Are they public?
The Governor did say that all tuk-tuk drivers had to publicly display their fares so tourists (and any other passengers) know what they are. So where are they?

ANSWER
Following reviews taxi and tuk-tuk fares across Phuket, the government announced a new full list of maximum fares that public transport vehicles registered to carry no more four passengers are allowed to charge in Phuket.
These fares were announced on December 25, 2012 and came into effect on January 1, 2013.
At this time, the government also launched the Taxi Complaint Hotline: 1584.
These fares are still in effect today (June 23). Any changes to these will be announced publicly.
