Officers led by Pol Lt Col Phichit Thongto, Chief of the Crime Suppression Division at Phuket Provincial Police, arrested Sattaphat ‘Fluke’ Kaewkhao, 22, a resident of Moo 1, Chalong, at a rented room in Soi Nimit 3 Phuket Town, police reported.
Police also seized Sattaphat’s Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime mobile phone, which was used in drug-related offenses.
Sattaphat, also known as ‘Fluke Chalong’, was taken to Phuket City Police Station and charged with distributing a Category 1 narcotics by having them for sale without permission and with illegal use of a Category 1 narcotic.
