Police were notified of the incident at 3:24am, receiving a report of a blaze at Housing Building 99, Moo 1, in Srisoonthorn.
Officers from Thalang Police, led by Chief Pol Col Nikorn Chuthong and investigating officer Pol Lt Kriengkrai Daokrachai, arrived at the scene along with patrol units.
The fire was found in apartment unit 200/9908 on the ground floor of the building. A fire engine from Srisoonthorn Municipality was dispatched, and firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control.
No injuries or fatalities were reported, and police confirmed the apartment was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
The area has since been cordoned off to allow forensic officers to examine the scene as the investigation continues.
