EX24 branches were inspected during raids by officers in late April. The raids, carried out under the court-issued warrants issued on Apr 18, were part of ‘Operation Crypto Phantom’, a national campaign to dismantle underground financial networks moving billions of baht through illegal digital asset exchanges, the CIB explained.
However, EX24 has maintained that its public image has suffered negatively from public reports of the raids.
In response, EX24 has issued the following statement:
EX24, Thailand’s largest licensed currency exchange service, has officially passed all necessary checks and confirmed the complete legality, security, and transparency of its operations.
Recently, in connection with the tightening of control over financial organizations, large-scale checks of companies engaged in currency exchange were carried out in Thailand. EX24.pro was indeed included in the list of organizations that passed the check and successfully confirmed its integrity and compliance with the law.
“We don’t just operate within the law — we set market standards,” comments the head of EX24. “Our reputation is built on honesty, responsibility, and impeccable business ethics. We are trusted with the most valuable assets — money and time.”
The EX24 group has 15 offices across the country, including Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, and other key regions of Thailand. The company works with more than 25 fiat currencies.
Against the backdrop of the emergence of dubious exchange platforms, such as unlicensed and shadow services, EX24 confirms its key position as a reliable, public, and open financial partner for both individuals and businesses.
