Electricity outage to hit Cherng Talay, Mai Khao

PHUKET: The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced that the electricity supply will be temporarily shut off in parts of Cherng Talay and Mai Khao on Wednesday (Sept 2) as work is carried out on installing new high-voltage cables.

In Cherng Talay areas to be affected by the power outage, from 9am to 4:30 pm, are along Soi Hau Tiew, from The Sixteenth Surin Beach Hotel to Baan Chai Nam Condominium.

In Mai Khao areas to be affected during same time are along Soi Raum Jai, Soi Dan Yit, and Soi Pen Mit.

In its announcement, the PEA apologised for any inconvenience caused while the work is carried out.
