Surasak ‘Sak’ Nakklap, 44, a resident of Moo 11, Thepkrasattri, was arrested behind an unregistered house in Moo 2, Thepkrasattri. A subsequent search of a nearby house found 392 methamphetamine tablets (ya bah) and 9.6 grammes of crystal meth (ya ice).
While in Moo 2, Thepkrasattri, officers arrested Amornthep Thepprachum, 26, who was found in possession of a homemade pen gun with a four-inch barrel as well as one .45-calibre bullet, one .38-calibre bullet and two .22-calibre bullets
Both men were taken to Thalang Police Station. Surasak was charged with illegal possession of a Category 1 narcotic with intent to sell. Amornthep was charged with possession of an illegal firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
DNA samples of both men were taken to be recorded in the POLICE 4.0 national database.
