Driving market forces: Phuket's premier luxury car grey importer thrives on customer service

PHUKET: Premier luxury car import company TSL Auto celebrated the passing a new milestone last weekend with the official unveiling of its expanded showroom and the announcement of a renewed drive in customer service.

The company, which specialises in grey imports, has placed renewed focus on its One Stop Service centre, explained TSL PR Executive Wasan Theprungsirikul.

“We have even dropped charges for the first service of any of the vehicles bought from us as part of our revamped drive targeting customer service,” he said.

TSL Auto Sales Director Damrong Nilrangsri noted that the luxury car importer had grown from strength to strength since opening its doors four years ago.

“We have been welcomed by our customers these past years. Our sales have grown 15 per cent year year since we opened,” Mr Damrong said.

“We are now looking forward to opening another branch next year, in Udon Thani,” he added.

Maintaining focus on customer satisfaction was key to TSL’s growth, Mr Damrong explained.

“We had a clear concept when we launched TSL in Phuket that we wanted our centre to operate with full-scale service for our customers,” he said.

“We will continue to provide the best service and continue to upgrade our products for our customers.”

TSL Auto Phuket Branch Manger Kanoksak Rojanarak explained that a key attraction for having customers return time and again, effectively turning customers into clients, was the range of services provided.

“TSL Auto is more than just a showroom we have so much to offer to our customers,” Mr Kanoksak said.

“We service all vehicles regardless of make and model with great service and quality products,” he added.

Making sure that the type and nature of services matched current demand were also key factors, noted Mr Kanoksak.

“For example, for auto paint we use water-based paints so it is safer for the environment,” he said. “Also, another popular service is our car detailing, which is also available at the One Stop Service Centre,” he added.
