PHUKET: The Phuket Highway Department has announced that the Darasamut Underpass, near the Central Festival shopping centre, will be closed to northbound traffic from 12pm to 2.30pm today (June 1).

The Darasamut Underpass will again be closed to southbound traffic tomorrow (June 2) from 12pm to 2.30pm.
The alternate closing of the underpass lanes is for the purpose of cleaning the roadway.
After these times, traffic flow at the underpass will return to normal, the Phuket Highway Department confirmed.
