The underpass will be closed to traffic from 9am to 4pm, Yutthana Phithak, Director of the Phuket Highways Office, announced through a brief notice issued yesterday.
“It is necessary to close traffic in the Darasamut Intersection underpass temporarily in order to carry out the dismantling and repair of the water pump inside the underpass,” Mr Yutthana explained.
“I would like to announce this for everyone to know. and apologize for the inconvenience,” he added.
