Was 1 day time closed for electric checks, and now again 1 day time closed for removing sand and trash. Oh-oh, is it soo difficult to do it coordinated all in 1 day? Being a bit smart? How about doing it once a month all together at a night time? Check out how they do it in Singapore. ( learning curve)
