The ‘Meet Your Embassy’ session is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, from 6pm to 8pm.
The event will be held by appointment only, with the exact venue to be confirmed, though it is expected to take place in or near Phuket Old Town.
Embassy officials will offer passport application services during the visit, with biometric data collection conducted on-site. Applicants are required to book appointments in advance as part of the event registration process.
The session will also focus on explaining the embassy’s work within its consular district, including assistance available to Danish citizens in Thailand.
Danes wishing to attend must register in advance by email no later than May 14.
To register, send an email to bkkambbor@um.dk with your full name and include “Registration for Consular Meeting in Phuket” in the subject line. Multiple attendees can be registered in a single email by listing all names.
Participants may also submit any specific questions they would like addressed during the session at the time of registration.
