Cut the fat with this recipe

This easy-to-make recipe has complex carbohydrates, proteins, and essential good fats to promote weight loss and build muscle.

Live enzyme-rich foods with oxygen are needed to feed your blood supply. Rich as in the mother of all antioxidants, Glutathione, only found in raw uncooked foods.

Culinary rules of Holistic Chef Barry are as follows: Must be fast and easy to prepare in 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes (tops) in most situations.

Ingredients:

1- Four hand-size cabbage leaves

2- Commercial mustard (sugar free) – or you can opt to make your own mustard paste as per your preferred taste with the following ingredients:

Apple cider vinegar, ground mustard seed powder, ground cinnamon powder and raw honey in equal parts, along with a bit of coconut oil.

3- A handful of your selected leafy herbal greens. Moringa leaf is a super food that is used in all the wellness detox centres located on Phuket.

4- Salsa or vegan chilli sauce or make it at home. Note that the Good Earth Chef normally boycotts most of the processed fake foods and for good reason, but this will be covered in a future article. The percentage of processed foods would be around 2 per cent in Chef Barry’s recipe plans.

If I was to pick a processed food, salsa would be my choice purely for convenience and time.Amy’s Salsa, made with organic tomatoes is great. The product is available in mild, medium and hot. Salsa is a potent weight loss immune system support and metabolism booster – one of the essential ingredients used in holistic, whole-food recipe creations.

5-Half a cup of shredded carrot (Organic First Choice)

6-Some good quality traditional Korean style Kimchi, a fermented super food found in most retail grocery stores. Or you can use traditional German Sauerkraut a pro-biotic cultured food.

7-A small handfull of sprouted almonds. How to sprout an almond? Simply soak the almonds in a glass or ceramic bowl of filtered water over night and drain out the water into your potted plants. Rinse the almonds until the standing water becomes clear. You have to eliminate the enzyme nut inhibitors that should not be inside the human body (for better complete digestion of the food).

Then, spread your predigested almonds over a towel on top of a plate to air dry. The towel absorbs more moisture out of the nuts.

The following day you will see the almonds a third size bigger and the taste has changed from hard and woody, to a more softer crunchy chocolate taste.

8- The side dish in the photo consists of the following ingredients :

One or two teaspoons of dry garlic, a pinch of Thai chilli powder, or Cayenne red pepper, a pinch of turmeric powder, black pepper, and pink Himalayan sea salt.

9- Coconut lemon cream dressing ingredients:

One whole coconut; one whole lemon; a teaspoon of equal parts of ground cinnamon; and raw unfiltered honey (a proven weight loss mixture).

Half a cup of fresh cubed pineapple. The core stem has most of the enzyme power.

One small ripe banana to improve taste and is a proven pre-biotic that feeds your friendly flora gut bacteria for immune system support.

To make this wonderfully tasty dressing simply add all the ingredients, including the coconut water, and seed and blend well together to make a fine smooth consistency.

Putting it all together:

1- Add two cabbage leaves with one more leaf on the two sets.

2- Spread your mustard evenly over the surface of each cabbage leaf .

3- Spread your cultured Kim-Chi or Sauerkraut over the top.

4- Liberally spoon your coconut lemon cream dressing over the top.

5- Spread a thin layer of your salsa sauce over this.

6- Next liberally spread your selected micro leafy herbal greens over the top.

7- Garnish with sprouted almonds.

8- Spread your grated raw carrot over this.

9- Add your small bowl of seasoned dry garlic mix.

How to eat this delight:

Eat it like a sandwich by scooping the whole thing up like a sandwich and bite into the recipe. Don’t forget to sprinkle your garlic herbs over the top as desired for taste.

Special weight loss note: All bread and bakery items must be eliminated from your diet as they have a very long transit time inside the human body, which predisposes a lot of people to be over weight.
