The arrest of Noppadon ‘Pae’ Leng-Sae’, a resident of Moo 9, Chalong, was reported by Border Patrol police Unit 425, which operates in Phuket.

Noppadon was arrested in front of the 7-Eleven ‘Dowroong branch’ on Chao Fa East Rd, Wichit, nearly directly opposite the entrance to Dowroong Wittaya School. The time and date of his arrest was not reported.

Noppadon was found in possession of 3,589 pills of ya bah and six plastic bags containing crystal meth. One of the bags of crystal meth displayed by police was marked as weighing 102.6g and another marked 45.79g. Four other smaller plastic bags were displayed containing much smaller amounts of the drug, presumably ready to sell for personal use.

Also on display among the drugs seized were two plastic bags containing orange-coloured meth pills.

Seized when placing Noppadon under arrest were a digital scale, a pack of unused small plastic bags and a device for ingesting crystal meth, along with his Oppo mobile phone and green Honda Wave 125i motorbike.

Noppadon was taken to Wichit Police Station and charged with illegal possession of a Category I narcotic with intent to sell, Border Patrol Police 425 reported.
