PHUKET: The Cherng Talay Tambon Administrative Organisation (OrBorTor) has confirmed plans for a large-scale infrastructure project in Soi Layan 7, Moo 6, Cherng Talay, which will include the construction of a drainage system and a reinforced concrete road.

The project has been allocated a budget of B32 million. Work began on Oct 7, 2025 and is and is scheduled to be completed on Oct 7, 2026.
The OrBorTor noted that the project aims to improve road conditions and drainage in the area, which frequently experiences flooding during heavy rain.
Officials said the announcements were made to inform residents and the general public about the progress of local infrastructure development in Cherng Talay.
