In this second and latest ‘Four Hands’ collaborative dinner, Aziamendi teams up with Chef Bo, Duangporn Songvisava, and Chef Dylan Jones of Bo.Lan Essentially Thai, a culturally and environmentally conscious restaurant in Bangkok that offers thoughtful and inspired Thai cuisine.
Chef Bo and Chef Dylan met in London while working at Nahm Restaurant, when they both felt that the time was ripe to open a truly remarkable Thai restaurant in the heart of Thailand. With Chef Bo’s Thai heritage and a cherished collection of antique Thai recipes, as well as a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, Adelaide University, and Chef Dylan’s love for Asian flavours, the two founded Bo.Lan in 2009.
On Bo.Lan’s involvement in Aziamendi’s ‘Four Hands’ dinner, Chef Bo says, “Bo.Lan’s philosophy of cooking encompasses food and cooking, history, culture and traditions related to Thai food. Dylan and I are thrilled to be working with Aziamendi’s Chef de Cuisine Alex Burger, and expanding our culinary boundaries and adapting our philosophy to create a fusion and complementary menu together with Aziamendi’s Thai infused Basque technique approach.”
Dinner is priced at B5,000++ and with beverages paring starts from an additional B3,500 ++ per guest. Bookings are strongly recommended for this special event.
