Republic Phuket are hoping that at least 12 teams will enter the seven-a-side tournament, and all players must be between 16-20-years-old and be attending a school in Phuket or in a nearby province.
Entry fee to the competition is set at B3,000 per team plus B1,000 for insurance. Application forms are available via Republic Phuket Facebook page or from Khun Por on telephone number 09-5097-0899.
The draw for tournament matches will be made on Saturday November 7, 2015 at LimeLight Avenue on Dibuk Rd at 4 pm.
The tournament will start on Saturday November 14 at Republic Phuket at 10 am and run until Nov 27.
Prizes: 1st prize B25,000 and plaque
2nd prize B10,000 and plaque
3rd prize B5,000 and plaque
4th prize B3,000 and plaque
Additional prizes: Highest goal scorer - B2,000
Best cheer team - B3,000 and plaque

Meanwhile, applications are now being taken for girls wanting to enter the Mizsy Phuket 2015 beauty pageant.
Applications are being taken from now until November 7 and are available from on via Republic Phuket Facebook page or from Khun Por on telephone number 09-5097-0899.
All applicants must be between 17-21-years-old.
The selection of the top twelve entrants to go through to the next round will be made on November 7 at LimeLight Avenue on Dibuk Rd at 10 am. Those candidates will then take part in a special activity and retreat on Saturday November 21 or Sunday Nov 22.
The finals will be be held at LimeLight Avenue on Saturday November 28 from 5pm.
