From midday until 3pm, a variety of Thai delicacies are served during the Thai Sunday Brunch. Priced at a reasonable B350 net per person, the menu consists of traditional Thai appetisers, such as chicken satay, pork satay, and Tod Mun Pla – spicy deep-fried fish cake.
Freshly served from the chef’s hands, you will find live food stations including a Larb and Noodle Bar, as well as pasta and pizzas. For all those dedicated health and vegan lovers, there is a large Salad Bar, traditional Thai shrimp paste, as well as Nam Prik Kapi which can be dipped with several types of vegetables.
There is a wide selection of Thai main courses, such as the slightly spicy and sweet Gai Pad Med Mamuang, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts; Chu Chee Pla, deep fried fish in spicy thick curry; Moo Pad Prik Thai Dum, stir-fried tender pork with black pepper; as well as a selection of fried rice with assorted toppings including pork, chicken, through to the savoury taste of seafood.
After finishing the main course, delicate Thai desserts await. You will be impressed by the fancy look of Look Chub, a sweet mashed nut wrapped in fruit shaped jelly; Tong Yip and Tong Yod, presented in a golden yellow colour with a sweet and soft texture; Mo Kaeng, a Thai custard topped with deep-fried shallots and the famous Khao Niew Mamuang, sticky rice topped with sweet mango and coconut milk.
The generous price also includes a free-flow of soft drinks, coffee and tea, as well as complimentary access to the three swimming pools and water slides. Children aged seven to 12 receive 50 per cent off, while younger kids eat free.
