The event will see Thailaland SUP (stand-up paddle) superstars competing in an elite 6km race in addition to a 1km sprint race. Competitors from all around the Kingdom will take part in the event, which will crown Thailand's SUP champion.
The 3rd SUP Invitational will also have several family faces as well as “Island Team” relay challenges where businesses and hotels battle it out for bragging rights.
A special SUP clinic for beginners will also be available for anyone who wants to try SUP – one of the Kingdom's fastest growing activities! Music, Indie markets, games, food, a drinks tent will also be part of the day's festivities. The event will finish off with an after party at Bliss Beach Club.
All proceeds will go towards building Phuket's first community skate park.
The event begins at noon on February 22 and costs B500 per person, which includes race registration and equipment hire. Enter as many race categories as you wish.
